Custom inquiries have a processing time of 7-14 days.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to any general questions.

Inquiries can open and close at any moment based on current order volume.

Important Note: While I am happy to provide an initial price and timeline estimate for your custom request, please keep in mind that the final quote is subject to change. The final cost and delivery date are determined by:

The complexity of the work (intricacy of the stitches and design).
Material costs (specific yarn types or specialized supplies).
The final scale of the piece (once the project is completed).

I will always keep you updated throughout the process to ensure there are no surprises!

How to Request a Custom Order

Please follow these steps to submit your inquiry:

Check Status: Verify at the top of this page if inquiries are currently OPEN or CLOSED.
Submit Request: If open, please use the contact form below with the following details:

Subject: Custom Inquiry
Description: A brief summary of the item you'd like created.
Size Preference: Small, Medium, Big, or JUMBO.
Deadline: The specific date needed (if for a special occasion or gift).
Age of the Receiver: This will determine if the plushy will have embroider eyes or safety eyes.

Important Note: Plushies for children under 3 will feature embroidered eyes for safety. Traditional safety eyes are not an option for this age group as they can pose a choking hazard.
