We strive to get your handmade items and patterns to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following estimated delivery windows:

• United States: 3–5 business days

• Puerto Rico: 5–13 business days

Note: Digital crochet patterns are delivered instantly via email upon purchase and do not incur shipping fees.

Important Note: Once an item has been handed over to the carrier and shipped, Crochet with Iviannie is not responsible for delays out of our control (such as carrier backups, weather, or customs delays).

Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days.

• Custom Orders: Please allow 3–6 business days for your unique item to be created before it is shipped.

Note: We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Return Policy

We want you to love your new crochet pieces! We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

• Digital Items: Please note that due to the nature of the product, digital crochet patterns are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

• Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
